Last Will and Testament

Do you have a Last Will and Testament? L&C Deceased Estate Administrations in collaboration with Ngomani attorneys has the legal knowledge, skills and experience to guide and draft you a valid Last Will and Testament.

Administration of Deceased Estates

We attend to the administration of deceased estates, irrespective of size or type, in terms of the prescribed laws governing the administration of deceased estates.

Report Deceased estates with the Master of the High Court and obtain 'Letter of Executorship' or 'Letters of Authority' on your behalf.
Report Trusts with the Master of the High Court and obtain a 'Trustee Letter of Authority' on your behalf
Lodge and obtain a 'section 42(2)(b)' endorsement for sales of fixed property.
Assist with drafting of Liquidation and Distribution accounts or Statements of assets and liabilities.
Assist overseas solicitors with administration of South African estates.
